The scope and complexity of each new feedback project are as unique as the individuals and organizations themselves. With that in mind, we will work closely with you to insure each project reflects the specific needs of your organization.
Project planning and administration is be divided into four phases:
Project Alignment and Scope
During this phase we work together to get clarity on the general purpose and scope of the proposed project. We'll also want to talk with you about where the project fits in your overall improvement strategy, any prior experiences with 360's in the organization, and any questions you might have about the design and administration of a 360-degree feedback project.
Project Set-Up
This phase includes collection of all the detailed information necessary to construct the survey. Information we will ask about includes the number of respondents and their work relationship to the subject, structure and wording of scaled responses/open ended questions, types of scales, language for invitation emails.
Project Administration and Reporting
When the project is made available on-line participants are provided an invitation and instructions on how-to login and create their own password. Detailed instructions for completing the survey are included as well as any additional comments (completion date, why important‚ etc) you wish to include. As the project completion date approaches, a reminder email will be sent to those participants who have not completed the survey.
Reporting.
A project report can provide the results for an individual Subject as well as provide aggregate data on multiple Subjects within a project. All reports can be adapted to provide the information you want in a format that meets your needs. Advanced reporting options allow you to combine data from multiple projects. Project reports are available in hard copy or as a PDF file.
